Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited (RNLAM) (formerly Reliance Capital Asset Management Limited) has issued Scheme Information Document dated November 16, 2018 regarding Further Fund Offering 3 (FFO-3) of CPSE ETF.
Trading Members are requested to note that the subscription CPSE ETF FFO-3 will commence from Wednesday, 28th November 2018 till Friday 30th November, 2018 on BiMF module on iBBS platform of BSE. Trading Members registered with AMFI and having valid ARN and the same is updated in the Exchange records are allowed to participate through this module.

Please Note:
1. Offer timings will be 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M or as specified/extended by the Exchange
2. Applications in BiMF module shall be based on Application Amounts
3. The AMC shall be responsible for providing allotment advice for the Units
4. In case of joint holders, the applicants need to provide the details of first holder during the application entry in BiMF module
5. Participants will be solely responsible for KYC/FATCA declarations as applicable for their clients
6. Exchange will provide DP mismatch file to the participants during offer period and after Closure of offer on last day there will be window for one hour as specified for mismatch verification and modification
7. Exchange will solely facilitate the applications and collections of funds related to the valid subscriptions tendered on BiMF module on iBBS platform
8. For queries on allotment/refund status the Participants are requested to contact respective AMC/RTA
