MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that we have received communication from Baroda Mutual Fund regarding merger of Baroda Income Fund (Transferor Scheme) into Baroda Dynamic Bond Fund (Transferee Scheme). The merger shall be effective from January 14, 2019.
Consequently, Baroda AMC confirmed that fresh subscription through lumpsum investment/Switch In//STP In/SIP shall be accepted and will get alloted in the Transferor scheme during the scheme exit period, also new units will get shfted in the Transferee Scheme after merger effective date.
Further, as per notice cum addendum issued by Baroda AMC, the investor who are not in favour of the above scheme meger can redeem their investments or switch to other Schemes of Baroda Mutual Fund available for subscription without payment of exit load within a period of 30 days starting from December 13, 2018 to January 11, 2019 (both days inclusive) through BSE star MF platform.
Also, as confirm by Baroda AMC, the existing SIP/XSIP/STP/SWP will continue to get processed in the Transferor scheme i.e. under BARODA INCOME FUND .
Further, with effect from January 14, 2019 the Transferor schemes shall cease to exist & SIP/XSIP/STP/SWP registered will get shifted to Transferee scheme i.e. BARODA DYNAMIC BOND FUND.
