| Action against the Defaulting Companies for non-payment of Annual Listing Fees (ALF) – Equity Segment |
In continuation to the Exchange’s Notice No. 20210625-43 dated June 25,2021, 20200303-40dated March 03, 2020 and 20220609-41 dated June 09, 2022, Exchange had identified the companies which have failed to pay outstanding annual listing fees as per Regulation 14 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Members are requested to note that on account of compliance with aforesaid requirement, no further action shall be taken against following companies and trading in the equity shares of the companies will be continued in Trade to Trade for other reason(s).
