This is in continuation of Notice No. 20181221-45 dated December 21, 2018 regarding the Record Date fixed as 03.01.2019 by Vardhman Industries Limited. (Scrip Code 513534) for giving effect to the approved Resolution Plan for Reduction of entire Share Capital and Suspension of trading in equity shares of the Company.
Vardhman Industries Limited has now informed the Exchange that it has withdrawn the Record Date fixed as 03.01.2019 and requested that the trading in the equity shares of the company should not be suspended w.e.f. 02.01.2019 (Ex-date/No Dealings Date) as was informed earlier vide aforesaid Notice.
In view of the above, Trading Members are requested to note that the trading in the equity shares of Vardhman Industries Limited will not be suspended with effect from January 2, 2019 (DR-190/2018-2019).
