SEBI, vide its Order no. SEBI/WTM/MPB/IMD/ILO/ 48 /2019 dated May 23, 2019 has inter-alia restrained Highbrow Market Research Private Limited (ways 2 Capital) (PAN: AACCH8077M) and its directors (present and past) Chandan Singh Rajput (PAN: AWYPR5207Q), Rahul Trivedi (PAN: AQNPT9607R), Sunil Atode (PAN: Not available, DIN - 07857476), Girish Kumar Pahwani (PAN: CILPP0738B), Laxmikant Sharma (PAN: BNYPS4320M), Mohit Chhaparwal (PAN: AGOPC0896Q), Hemant Agrawal (PAN: AOBPA3520Q) and Swapnil Prajapati (PAN: BTWPP9571K) from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market or associating themselves with securities market, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
