Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, ARVIND LTD has informed BSE that the Company has fixed Record Date as November 29, 2018 for the purpose of issuance and allotment of 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of INR 4 (Indian Rupees Four) each of Arvind Fashions Limited for every 5 (Five) equity shares of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each held in Arvind Limited and 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each of Anveshan Heavy Engineering Limited for every 27 (Twenty Seven) equity shares of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each held in Arvind Limited pursuant to composite scheme of arrangement among Arvind Limited, Arvind Fashions limited, Anveshan Heavy Engineering limited and The Anup Engineering limited.
In view of the above, the Exchange shall make the necessary adjustments for all the available Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip ARVIND LTD (Derivatives Asset Code –ARVI) as follows –
· All the existing Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip ARVIND LTD shall expire on November 27, 2018. Derivatives contracts on ARVIND LTD shall be reintroduced from, November 28, 2018 being the ex-date.
· Based on the price determined after completion of the pre-open call auction session at 10:00 am in equity segment for scrip ARVIND LTD on November 28, 2018 a minimum of 7 In the money, 1 At the money and 7 Out of the money strikes shall be made available for trading.
· Futures and options contracts of scrip ARVIND LTD shall be made available for trading in equity derivatives segment after the underlying scrip moves in normal market in equity segment at 10:00 am on November 28,2018.
