To: All Clearing Members of Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd (ICCL),
With reference to the ICCL circular No. 20180621-9 dated 21.06.2018, Clearing Members are hereby informed that, ICCL has received suggestions from some of the Clearing Members/Custodians to collect Collateral Management charges of Rs.2400/- on a yearly basis (instead of a monthly payment of Rs.200/-). Accordingly, collateral management charges of Rs.2400/- for the entire year will be collected from Members and Custodians in April month of every financial year. The charges will also be applicable to the new Clearing members/Custodians admitted/made active during the financial year.
The criteria/process pertaining to same day cash collateral withdrawal charges as mentioned in the said notice No.20180621-9 would remain unchanged
