National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench vide its order dated August 27, 2018 had initiated liquidation process against Lanco Infratech Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532778) and appointed Shri. Savan Godiawala Resolution Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Lanco Infratech Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532778) will be suspended w.e.f. September 14, 2018.
