Sub: Corrigendum to the order dated June 25, 2019 bearing reference No. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAI/ 04 /2019-20 In the matter of M/s. G V Films Ltd.
Attention of the trading members is invited to Exchange Notice No. 20190625-39 dated June 25, 2019 wherein SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAI/ 04 /2019-20 dated June 25, 2019 has inter-alia issued various directions in the matter of M/s. G V Films Ltd.
SEBI now, has issued corrigendum order No. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAI/ 04 -A /2019-20 dated June 26, 2019 to aforesaid order dated June 25, 2019 in the matter of M/s. G V Films Ltd wherein it has stated that the PAN no. of Mr. Mahadevan Ganesh shall stand corrected as under:
