The details are as below:
Client Type : Non Individual
Client Status : Client
Category : AIF III
The said category is available in the UCC system for registration of new clients.
Further, the stock brokers are advised to update the category of the existing clients, who are registered as Alternative investment fund (under category III) with SEBI.
The stock brokers are requested to make a note of the same and ensure compliance.
