This is further to the SEBI circular nos. CIR/IMD/FPIC/CIR/P/2018/64 dated April 10, 2018, IMD/FPIC/CIR/P/2018/124 dated August 21, 2018 and Exchange notice nos. 20180412-3 dated April 12, 2018 and 20180823-34 dated August 23, 2018 regarding Know Your Client Requirements for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs).
With regards to the same, SEBI has issued a circular no.CIR/IMD/FPIC/CIR/P/2018/131 dated September 21, 2018. The copy of same is attached herewith as Annexure.
