As per SEBI, letter dated November 27, 2017, all the stock brokers are required to issue an Annual Global Statement to their clients. Further, the statement is required to be issued within 30 days from the end of financial year and should cover all transactions executed by the client during the financial year.
Indicative format of the Annual Global Statement is attached as Annexure -1.
The statement is required to be issued w.e.f F.Y. 2017-2018 onwards.
Stock Brokers are advised to comply with above mentioned requirement.
