sub: Order under Sections 11, 11B and 11(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with Regulation 11 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 in the respect of Shivgurunathan and Nirmal Kotecha in the matter of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd. (PSTL).
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/ 66 /2018 dated October 10, 2018 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
- Restrained Shivgurunathan (Permanent Account Number: Not available) for a period of three years from the date of this Order, from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly and from being a director of any listed company.
- Restrained Nirmal Kotecha (Permanent Account Number: AEZPK2016H) for a period of one year from the date of this Order, from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly and from being a director of any listed company.
This Order shall come into force w.e.f. October 10, 2018
