National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, vide its order dated October 17, 2018 had initiated liquidation process against James Hotels Ltd. (Scrip Code: 526558) and appointed Shri Navneet Gupta Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of James Hotels Ltd. (Scrip Code: 526558) will be suspended w.e.f. Wednesday, November 07, 2018.
