| Offer for Sale for Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited |
This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20180831-23 dated August 31, 2018 for Offer for Sale (OFS) by the seller to sell up to 59,00,000 equity shares of the Company of face value of INR 1/- each with an additional option to sell up to 46,27,288 equity shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited.
Larsen and Toubro Limited (the "Seller" ) has informed the Exchange of its intention to exercise the Oversubscription Option to the extent of 46,27,288 (2.67%) equity shares of the Company in addition to 59,00,000 (3.41%) equity shares forming part of the Base Offer Size. Accordingly the Offer Shares will be 1,05,27,288 (6.08%) equity shares of the Company. Ten percent of this offer size equal to 10,52,729 shares will be available for retail shareholders on T+1 Day, and 94,74,559 shares will be used for allocation to institutional shareholders.
