Sub: SAT Order in respect of Sarthak Vijlani.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20190312-46 dated March 12, 2019, where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/99/2018-19 dated March 12, 2019 had inter-alia restrained M/s Ravi Kumar Distilleries Limited and its various entities from accessing the securities market and shall further be prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years from the date of this order.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), vide its Order dated May 31, 2019, has stated that the impugned order is quashed and set aside qua the appellant.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
