a)    Trading Members may note that as per the SEBI (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, securities of the trust will only be traded in dematerialized form. Trades effected in this scrip will be in unit market lot (i.e. 400 units).

 

b)    Further the trading members may please note that the above-mentioned scrip will be a part of Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) on Thursday, April 1, 2019. For further information on SPOS, the trading members are requested to refer to the Exchange’s notice no. 20120216-29 dated February 16, 2012 on Enabling Special Pre-open Session for IPO’s & Relisted Scrips.

 

c)    Trading Members may note that the Number of Units mentioned in Annexure I, are not transferable till the date(s) mentioned against them and would not be a good delivery in the market till then. The Trust has informed the Exchange that in respect of Units in demat form, necessary corporate action has been executed to have the lock-in period marked in the depository’s records.

 

d)    A copy of unitholding pattern submitted by the Trust is enclosed as Annexure II.

 

e)    The Trust financial year ending is March 31.

 

f)     All units are ranking pari-passu including dividend entitlement.
