In continuation of Notice No. 20181212-8 dtd. 12.12.2018, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Azeem Infinite Dwelling India Pvt Ltd have now informed the Exchange that the company has decided to skip the repayment of Principal. The company has therefore, cancelled the Record Date fixed on 17.12.2018 for partial repayment of following debentures.
