Sub: Order Under Sections 11 and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Polytex India Ltd.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAI/ 9 /2018-19 dated February 27, 2019 has inter-alia restrained the following, Noticees from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly,or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of seven years from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding of Noticees including units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen.
