Bombay Stock Exchange Brokers Forum (BBF) and Association of National Exchanges of Members of India (ANMI) along with BSE stand in solidarity with the families of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) martyrs.
As a mark of gratitude, Members associated with ANMI and BBF have jointly decided to contribute to “Bharat Ke Veer” Corpus Fund, set up by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and administered by the CRPF. BSE is facilitating and managing this process on behalf of ANMI and BBF. The Members are also requested to encourage their investors to express their support to the families of the deceased jawans. BSE shall facilitate the collection of funds, donor information and remittance of all contributions received to the said Fund without any deduction towards administrative costs incurred by it for this effort. We humbly appeal to everyone to contribute to this noble cause. BSE will also collaborate with media houses, including TV channels like Zee Business, etc. to promote contribution for this noble cause.
As a token of appreciation, BSE will be running a special ticker displaying names of those who have contributed to this noble cause.
Kindly note that the donors would be able to avail Income tax section 80G benefit in case CRPF issues separate 80G receipts for donations received. An update with respect to the same shall be provided in due course. As advised by tax consultant, the donors are requested to kindly account for the contributions made by them as Donation to BHARAT KE VEER Corpus Fund in their financial records.
Process for Contribution to Bharat Ke Veer by Members is as follows -
1. Member to login to BEFS URL https://befs.bseindia.com
2. A separate tab will be available as “Contribution to BHARAT KE VEER”
3. On clicking on the tab, member shall be able to view his clearing number and firm name. The member shall have to enter the contribution amount.
4. The said amount shall be collected from the Member’s pool account with ICCL on T+1 basis.
5. Member shall be able to contribute to the said Fund from Monday, 25th February, 2019 to Tuesday, 26th February, 2019.
Process for Contribution to Bharat Ke Veer by Investors is as follows -
1. Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) shall be able to enter contribution of Investors by login in to BSE StAR MF website.
2. MFD shall have to enter the investor details wishing to donate with the amount of contribution.
3. The contribution shall have to be made to “Contribution to BHARAT KE VEER”.
4. Subsequently, a payment link will be provided to the investor who shall have to make the payment via Payment Gateway.
5. Investors shall be able to contribute to the said Fund through MFD’s from Monday, 25th February, 2019 to Tuesday, 26th February, 2019.
