Sub: Order Under Sections 11 and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/s. G V Films Ltd.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAI/ 04 /2019-20 dated June 25, 2019 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
Ø Restrained M/s. G V Films Ltd. (PAN: AAACG2118C) from accessing the Securities Market including by issuing prospectus, offer document or advertisement soliciting money from the public and is further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly in any manner, for a period of five years from the date of this order.
Ø Restrained the following entities from accessing the Securities Market and are further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly in any manner, from the date of this order, for the period as directed below:

It is clarified that during the period of restraint, the existing holding of the Noticees including units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
