Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD has informed BSE that the Company has fixed Record Date as September 7, 2018 for the purpose of issuance of 1(One) equity share of Re 1/- each of AGL Credited as fully paid-up for every 1(One) equity share of Re 1/- each held by such shareholder in AEL pursuant to composite scheme of arrangement among Adani GasHoldings Limited ('AGHL') and Adani Gas Limited ('AGL') and Adani Enterprises Limited ('AEL') and their respective shareholders and creditors ('the Scheme').
In view of the above, the Exchange shall make the necessary adjustments for all the available Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD (Derivatives Asset Code –ADEL) as follows –
· All the existing Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD shall expire on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. Derivatives contracts on ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD shall be reintroduced from, Thursday, September 6, 2018 being the ex-date.
· Based on the price determined after completion of the pre-open call auction session at 10:00 am in equity segment for scrip ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD on September 6, 2018 a minimum of 7 In the money, 1 At the money and 7 Out of the money strikes shall be made available for trading.
· Futures and options contracts of scrip ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD shall be made available for trading in equity derivatives segment after the underlying scrip moves in normal market in equity segment at 10:00 am on September 6, 2018.
