This is with reference to Exchange notice no.20190124-33 dated January 24, 2019 regarding single registration certificate to be obtained from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
It has been observed that some of the Trading Members are yet to obtain single registration from SEBI. In this regard, a communication has been received from SEBI requiring the Exchange to file the single registration applications for the remaining active trading members latest by June 15, 2019. Accordingly, Trading Members who have not yet submitted their application for single registration and/or have not responded to the deficiency intimation should submit the single registration application by June 15, 2019.
