Trading Members are hereby informed that CORAL NEWSPRINTS LTD. (scrip code: 530755) has signed the agreement with both the Depositories.
In this regard, the modalities for settlement of trades executed in the scrip of the Company would be as follows:
1. The scrip would to be traded in Normal Rolling Segment. The trades in scrip would be required to be settled in compulsory demat form.
2. All trades executed in the scrip would be in market lot of 1 equity share
3. Netting will be allowed in the scrip.
4. Shortages in the scrip would be auctioned.
5. ISIN No. assigned by depository INE715D01019
Further, Trading members are requested to note that Trading in the above scrip is currently under suspension and the changed parameters will be applicable on revocation of the scrip.
