Sub: Order under Sections 11 and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in respect of M/s.Gujarat Bonanza Auto & Steel Rolling Ltd.
SEBI vide its Order No. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAII/08/2019-20 dated June 28, 2019, has inter-alia, restrained and prohibited M/s.Gujarat Bonanza Auto & Steel Rolling Ltd. (CIN – L27109GJ1989PLC012377) from accessing the securities market and further prohibit it from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in any manner, till the company resolves the investor grievances pending against it.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
