sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Partani Appliances Ltd
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/AB/EFD-1/DRA-1/03/ 2018-19 dated November 28, 2018 has inter-alia restrained Girish Kumar Agrawal (PAN : ABJPA7327E), Girish Kumar Agrawal & Sons (HUF) (PAN : AADHG4862K), Sankalp Garg (PAN : AIMPG6109Q), Suryapratap Gupta (HUF) (PAN : AAMHS9766F), Shakira Sharfuddin Shaikh (PAN : APQPS9295E), Sajjan Kedia (PAN : AENPK7771D) and Global Enterprises (PAN : AAJFG7931K) from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of four years, from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding, including units of mutual funds, of the Noticees shall remain frozen.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
