Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11B and 11D of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Zoid Research (Proprietor Mr. Tabrez Khan).
SEBI vide its Order no. SEBI/WTM/MPB/IMD/ILO/ 18 /2019 dated February 08, 2019 has inter-alia restrained Mr. Tabrez Khan / Zoid Research (PAN: BBQPK0436A) from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market or associating himself/itself with securities market, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
