Sub: Order Under Sections 11 and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/s. Tulsi Extrusions Limited (Tulsi).
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAI/ 14 /2018-19 dated March 28, 2019 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
- Restrained M/s. Tulsi Extrusions Limited (PAN AAACT8441P) from accessing the securities market including by issuing prospectus, offer document or advertisement soliciting money from the public and is further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years from the date of this order.
- Restrained the following entities from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, from the date of this order, for the period as mentioned besides each entity :-

This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
