Sub: Order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in the matter of Union of India. Ministry of Corporate Affairs vs Gitanjali Gems Limited & Others.
In furtherance to the Exchange Notice No. 20180411-57 dated April 11, 2018 to be read with Exchange Notice No. 20180305-23 dated March 05, 2018 wherein Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its letter ref.no. RD(WR)CP No.277/2018 dated 27/02/2018 had forwarded copy of the order dated 23/02/2018 passed by the Hon’ble NCLT Mumbai Bench in the captioned matter.
Trading members are now requested to take note of the order passed by the Hon’ble NCLT Mumbai dated 31/01/2019 (attached as annexure) and ensure compliance.
