Trading Members of the Exchange are informed that Shri Ananta Barua (Whole Time Member of SEBI) in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with the Regulation 28(2) of Intermediaries Regulations, vide his order no. WTM/AB/EFD-1/DRA-1/06/2018-19 dated December 12, 2018 has hereby suspended the Certificate of Registration of the trading member “VISHAL VIJAY SHAH”, Clg no. 77 (SEBI Registration No. – INB011277614) for a period of six months.
The aforesaid order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of order i.e. effective from January 3, 2019.
Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to take note of the above.
