This is in the reference to our earlier Notice No. 20190326-43 dated 26th March 2019.
In view of holiday in RBI RTGS system today and the clearing banks unable to complete the funds Pay-in from the Members account and funds Pay-out in the AMC's bank account due to non-availability of their systems on account of annual Bank Closing, the settlement for Equity based schemes in L1 category scheduled to take place today as stated in the aforesaid notice will now take place on April 02, 2019.
Accordingly, the NAV applicability as stated in the annexure to the above-mentioned notice is also modified.
We hereby confirm that the orders received in the Equity based schemes in L1 category today, shall be reported to the respective Registrars on April 02, 2019 without rejecting any of them.
MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are requested to take note about the said modification.
