Sub: SAT Order in respect of Grandma Trading and Agencies Ltd. (GTAL) with respect to certain entities.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20190125-3 dated January 25, 2019, where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA4/9/2019 dated January 23, 2019 had inter-alia restrained certain entities/ Noticees from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of four years, from the date of this order.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), vide its Order dated April 01, 2019, has stated that the operation of the impugned order in so far as it relates to the following appellants shall remain stayed.
