MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that IDFC Mutual Fund will be offering IDFC Yearly Series Interval Fund - Series II for Specified Transaction Period (“STP”) i.e. from February 28, 2019 to March 01, 2019 on BSE StAR MF Platform.
Also, during the STP, the transaction requests (Subscription/Redemption/Switch) will be accepted by the Mutual Fund during normal business hours on February 28, 2019 and only up to the cut-off time (3.00 p.m.) on March 01, 2019. The NAV applicable will be as per the cut-off timing prescribed based on the date and time of receipt and value of the application.
As confirm by IDFC Mutual Fund, the subsequent STP for this interval period will be March 02, 2020 to March 03, 2020. The notice cum addendum issued by IDFC AMC is attached for your reference.
