National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, vide its order dated March 07, 2019 had initiated Liquidation process against Usher Agro Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532765) and appointed Mr. Krishna Chamadia as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Usher Agro Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532765) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, April 01, 2019.
