This is with reference to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOS2/CIR/P/2019/10 dated January 4, 2019 and Exchange notice no. 20190107-8 dated January 7, 2019 regarding “Reporting for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications and systems offered and used by market intermediaries” wherein stock brokers are require to fill the Annexure A(of the SEBI circular) and make submissions on quarterly basis within 15 calendar days of the expiry of the quarter. Copy of SEBI circular is attached herewith as Annexure.
In this regards, stock brokers are required to submit the details on the captioned matter through BEFS in module “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Language”. Link of BEFS is as given below:

Stock brokers who are offering or using applications or systems as defined in Annexure B to aforesaid SEBI Circular are required to submit the details in AI/ML Reporting Form. Further stock brokers who are not offering or using the applications or systems as defined in Annexure B are also required submit the AI/ML Reporting Form by selecting the option as “No” in BEFS.
Stock brokers may please note that in case the details on the captioned matter for current quarter(Apr 19-Jun 19) is same as previous quarter (Jan 19-Mar 19), an option has been provided in BEFS as “Replicate data” to submit the details.
Submission process will complete only on receiving “Acknowledgement mail”.

Stock brokers are requested to submit the above mentioned details for the quarter ended April 2019 to June 2019 from July 1, 2019 to July 15, 2019.
