Sub: Action against the Defaulting Companies for non-payment of Annual Listing Fees – Equity Segment
In continuation of the Notice No: 20190515-9 dated May 15, 2019, Trading Members are requested to note that further action to be taken against defaulting companies by Exchange pursuant to circular dated April 05, 2019 stands withdrawn. The circular for the revised process to be followed for Companies who have failed to pay Annual Listing Fees would be issued separately in due course.
