sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003) in the matter of Celestial Biolabs Limited (CBL).
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-III/46/2018 dated October 05, 2018 has inter-alia directed CBL (AABCC4698Q), Dr. A.N. Singh (AITPS2152A) and Ms. Padma Singh (BIQPS8097A) not to buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or access the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of ten years from the date of this order.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
