This is with reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CDMRD/DMP/CIR/P/2016/103 dated September 27,2016 on the subject of “Revised Warehousing Norms in the Commodity Derivatives Market for Agricultural and Agri-processed Commodities Traded on the National Commodity Derivatives Exchanges” and SEBI  Circular No. SEBI/HO/CDMRD/DMP/CIR/P/2018/136 dated  October 16, 2018 on the subject of   “Uniformity in the procedure for obtaining samples of goods at the Exchange accredited warehouses”.

The above mentioned SEBI Circulars are attached as Annexure I & Annexure II respectively.
