Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Single Bench, Chennai, vide its order dated October 12, 2018 had initiated Liquidation process against Surana Industries Ltd. (Scrip Code: 513597) and appointed Shri Ramakrishnan Sadasivan Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the Securities of Surana Industries Ltd. (Scrip Code: 513597) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, November 12, 2018.
