Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Transgene Biotek Limited.
Attention of the trading members is invited to Exchange Notice No. 20160309-29 dated March 09, 2016 confirming the directions issued by SEBI vide its order no. WTM/RKA/ISD/136/ 2014 dated November 20, 2014 (issued vide Exchange Notice No 20141120-34 dated November 20, 2014) had inter-alia restrained various entities from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, till further directions.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. SEBI/WTM/MPB/EFD1-DRA-4/58/2018 dated November 06, 2018 hereby revoked the interim order dated November 20, 2014 and confirmatory order dated March 09, 2016 qua 3 entities i.e Shri Prashant Kumar Ghosh (PAN : AAEPG2319Q), Smt. K Nirmala Rao (PAN : ALCPK1645A) and Shri K Srinivas (PAN : AMDPK2242F) with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
