sub: Order Under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, in Re: Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 in the matter of Parekh Aluminex Limited.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170830-22 dated August 30, 2017 wherein SEBI, vide its Order no. SEBI/WTM/SR/CFD–FAC/ 53 /08/2017 dated August 30, 2017 had inter-alia restrained Parekh Aluminex Limited from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, either directly or indirectly till further Orders.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD-FAC/57/2018 dated October 31, 2018 has inter-alia directed that Mr. Rajendra Gothi shall not buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or access the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of ten years from the date of this order.
This Order shall come into force w.e.f. October 31, 2018.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
