(a) The Issue size will be reduced from Rs. 350,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty Crores Only) to Rs. 175,49,99,750/- (Rupees One Hundred and Seventy-Five Crores Forty-Nine Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only), along with the reduction in the face value of the Issued Debentures to Rs. 50,14,285/- (Fifty Lakhs Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty-Five Only) and upon the existing Debenture Holder(s) making payment of balance Rs. 24,99,99,750/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Crores Ninety-Nine Lakhs Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) towards the Issued Debentures, the Issued Debentures shall be considered as fully paid;
(b) The Put and Call Option Date as per the terms of the Debenture Trust Deed and the Information Memorandum be preponed from the expiry of 24 (twenty-four) months from the Deemed Date of Allotment to May 07, 2019 and further tri-monthly Put and Call Option with two months’ notice to be provided for, in the relevant Transaction Documents with the following dates:

(c) Additional security in the form of first and exclusive charge by way of mortgage to be created and perfected by the Company inter alia over (i) the entire project land and assets of the commercial project titled “Imperium Alpha” owned and developed by the Company together with the development rights in respect of the aforesaid Imperium Alpha project; (ii) the receivables arising from the Imperium Alpha project; (iii) to the extent permitted under applicable laws, the escrow accounts opened and operated in respect of the Imperium Alpha project and the permitted investments made therefrom; and (iv) such other rights and assets in respect of the Imperium Alpha project, as may be required by the Debenture Trustee (acting upon instructions of the Debenture Holders) (“Additional Security”); in the form and manner as acceptable to and to the satisfaction of the Debenture Trustee (acting upon the instructions of the Debenture Holders).
