In continuation of Notice No. 20180917-40 dated September 17, 2018 for Listing of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Re. 10/- each issued at par to Promoters of Emerald Leisures Ltd.. (Scrip Code: 507265) issued on a preferential basis, trading members of the Exchange should note that with respect to the said 250000 equity shares which were issued on preferential basis, it was wrongly mentioned that the said equity shares were issued pursuant to conversion of warrants and the same to be ignored.
All other content of notice no. 20180917-40 remain unchanged.
