1. Trading Members may note that as per the guidelines issued by SEBI dated 16th February, 2000, securities of the company will only be traded in Dematerialised form. Trades effected in this scrip will be in unit market lot (i.e. one share).
2. Trading Members may note that the scrip code 590133 (allotted to the company under Permitted Category) will no longer be available in system from Tuesday, October 09, 2018 (End of Market Hours) and all the trades should be executed in the new scrip code i.e. 541999 w.e.f. October 10, 2018.
3. The Trading Members may please note that the above mentioned scrip will be a part of Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) for IPO’s & Relisted Scrips - Relist session on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
