Sub: Order under section 11(1), 11(4) and 11b of the securities and exchange board of India act, 1992 in the matter of trading activites of aditya kumar sharma and abhilash sharma
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20171220-34 dated December 20, 2017 wherein SEBI, vide its interim Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/ 79/2017-18 dated December 20, 2017 has inter-alia directed that Aditya Kumar Sharma (PAN: ALVPS1601F) and Abhilash Sharma (PAN: BLLPS3345B) are prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of five years.
SEBI now, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/92/2017-18 dated February 23, 2018 has inter-alia prohibited Nirmal Pujara(PAN AFVPP5397P), Jayant Pujara(PAN AFTPP9082R) and Mrinal Kanti Roy(PAN ACYPR1208F) from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of five years.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
