Sub: Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992
In Re: Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 in respect of Ms. Sushma Agarwal AKFPA7584C In the matter of Winsome Yarns Ltd.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD1-DRA4/72/2018 dated December 31, 2018 has inter-alia restrained Ms. Sushma Agarwal PAN.- AKFPA7584C from accessing the securities market for a period of four years from the date of this order and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsever for a period of four years from the date of this order.
This Order shall come into force w.e.f December 31, 2018.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
