Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and SEBI (Delisting of equity shares) (Amendments) Regulations, 2015, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of RASOI Limited (Scrip Code: 507649) will be discontinued w.e.f. Friday, March 22, 2019.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Friday, March 29, 2019.
Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the Promoters/ Acquirers i.e. J. L. Morison (India) Limited (“JLMIL”), Pallawi Resources Limited (“PRL”), Leaders Healthcare Limited (“LHL”) Mrs. Shashi Mody and Mrs. Sakshi Mody, for the remaining public shareholders for a period of one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs. 32,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Two Thousand only) per Equity Share, being the exit price determined.
