Sub: International Holidays – 2019 for custodian confirmation of Institutional trades.
This is with reference to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20050914-19 and 20050919-25 dated September 14 and 19, 2005, respectively, pertaining to SEBI circular regarding discontinuation of Hand Delivery Bargains / Delivery versus Payment. In this connection, trading members and custodians are requested to note the following international holidays on which the institutional trades not confirmed by the custodians would not attract penalties as mentioned therein.

3. Monday, February 18, 2019
4. Monday, May 27, 2019
5. Thursday, July 04, 2019
6. Monday, September 02, 2019
7. Monday, October 14, 2019
8. Monday November 11, 2019
9. Thursday November 28, 2019
It may also be noted that the aforesaid would be applicable in respect of those settlements whose custodian confirmation day i.e., T+1 day is scheduled on such international holidays.
