The Exchange is in receipt of communication from SEBI on the captioned matter informing that some entities are collecting details of investors trading on Exchange and sending unsolicited SMSs/Calls assuring guaranteed returns by way of trading tips. It has also been observed that this activity is carried out mostly by the entities based in Surat, Indore and Mumbai.
