In continuation to the Notice dated January 29, 2016 bearing notice no 20160129-11 for trading of 3,64,92,240 Equity Shares of Dhanuka Agritech Limited. (Scrip Code: 507717) issued pursuant to the Scheme of amalgamation, trading members should note that there is an additional statement w.r.t cancellation of cross holding of 3,64,92,240 equity shares held by Transferor Companies which should be read in addition to the contents of the said notice.
